A little sneak peak of something special :D

We've been working hard for the last few weeks on the beta (the feedback has been amazing!) and one of the most requested features is nearly done...

 

Version 4 will now have Support Tickets to help keep your client requests in one place and everyone on the same page.

 

Support Tickets  

One of the coolest features in Tickets is the ability to set a payment amount per client on a per ticket or per level basis and Pancake will automatically create them an invoice for it.

 

So you could charge $25 for a medium ticket and $50 for a high priority ticket or you could charge nothing for that ticket, it's all up to you :D
